Early Care Institute (Childcare Management Solutions): Courses

 

For all of our scheduled virtual trainings, you will receive a link to the ZOOM training by email and access to the course resources and assessments on the day of the training. This area includes COK and required courses that are offered virtually with live presentations.

  • This training has been developed to provide information about critical health and safety topics for child care providers. Completion of this training meets the regulatory requirement for the Breastfeeding Awareness training that is required by the Office of Child Care. This training DOES NOT meet the regulatory requirements for any other training required by OCC. Participant must pass the assessment at the end of the course to receive their certificate. (You will be added to the course, the day of the course when you will use ZOOM for the presentation at 6pm.)
  • Including All Children and the ADA is a three hour course required of all individuals working in an early education setting. This course is approved for 3 hours Core of Knowledge training for Special Needs. Participant must pass the assessment at the end of the course to receive their certificate. (You will be added to the course, the day of the course when you will use ZOOM for the presentation at 6pm.)
  • The time out chair is out! New ideas, effective strategies to support your program. This course will address behavior management issues, current strategies, to successfully apply in your program.
  • This 6 hour course will lead participants through thinking, planning, and taking action on their personal and professional development. CKO Professionalism
  • This 6 hour training will address health and safety issues of family early care educators, child care center early educators and directors working with 6 weeks to school-age children.
  • Attitude Is Everything is a course about how changing your attitude can change your life. Attitude determines you altitude. Elevate your success though personal and professional development. The webinar will start at 8:45am on Saturday, October 17th. Students will receive a link to the ZOOM training and access to the course materials on the morning of the webinar by email. This is a 6 hour course.
  • Including All Children and the ADA is a three hour course required of all individuals working in an early education setting. This course is approved for 3 hours Core of Knowledge training for Special Needs. Participant must pass the assessment at the end of the course to receive their certificate. The course will take place on Thursday, October 15th from 6pm to 9pm,. Students will receive a link to the ZOOM training and access to the course materials on the morning of the webinar by email.
